Whale Watching
If you’re interested in seeing whales in their wild environment, right now they’re migrating north past Sydney’s coastline. As a pilot I am lucky enough to be able to cruise around and get a birds eye view… I have spotted whales every time I have gone flying over the coast in the last month, if you hurry, you will be able to see them, I even spotted some from Long Reef yesterday…

There is something nice and peaceful about sunrise, I think part of it is the lack of people, as everyone else sleeps in! Yesterday I headed to long reef on Sydney’s Northern beaches, and I didn’t think I was going to be able to garb any good shots as the clouds were thick and it was even raining… I am glad I made the hike to the bottom as I was greeted with the sun, although it was only very brief so I managed to capture this…
